AI amplifies what already exists

A strong process gets stronger with AI. A weak one sinks faster.

So next to models and IDEs I watch the base layer: short deliveries, tests, review, docs, metrics. Without that, “give everyone Cursor” slides into pretty demos and long threads where nobody checks the outcome.

My rule is simple. Prove value on one use case with a baseline first. Then decide: rollout, iterate, or stop. A demo alone is not a reason to roll out to everyone.
